Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health | Oahu, HI | Part-Time | $55–$65 Per Visit.
Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes across Oahu, HI.
What You'll Do:
As a Physical Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat patients in their homes throughout Oahu.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
- Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, and daily function.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
- Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
- Manage your caseload based on your availability and patient needs.
Compensation:
Part-Time W-2:
- $55–$65 per visit, based on experience.
- $75 per 4-unit evaluation.
Part-Time 1099:
- $72 per follow-up visit.
- $85 per evaluation.

Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Hawaii required.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
