Overview

We’re hiring a Performance Director to lead performance strategy, planning and integrated delivery for MedPal, with senior visibility across Avolta and Tissot. This is an opportunity to connect client ambition with smart, joined-up media thinking, turning business objectives into performance strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes. You’ll bring specialists together across channels, shape investment decisions and help clients navigate complex challenges with clarity. Alongside leading MedPal day to day, you’ll provide strategic support across the wider portfolio while dedicated account and channel teams retain ownership of execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated performance strategy and planning for MedPal, with strategic input across Avolta and Tissot where needed.
• Turn business and marketing objectives into clear media goals, KPIs, channel roles and actionable recommendations.
• Shape cross-channel investment decisions, bringing together Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Retail Media and other relevant channels.
• Build trusted client relationships, leading strategic conversations and bringing proactive opportunities that respond to broader business priorities.
• Work with measurement, analytics and channel specialists to turn performance data into insight, optimisation opportunities and meaningful test-and-learn plans.
• Connect account, planning and specialist teams around shared priorities, identifying risks and opportunities while maintaining quality and consistency across the portfolio.
• Provide clear direction to teams while overseeing budgets, scopes, forecasting and opportunities to strengthen and grow the performance proposition.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in digital media, performance marketing or integrated media planning, ideally gained within a media agency environment.
• A strong understanding of Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic, plus a working knowledge of Retail Media and the wider digital landscape.
• Experience developing integrated performance strategies that connect business objectives, audiences, channels, investment and measurement.
• Confidence interpreting performance data and translating complex information into clear recommendations and compelling strategic narratives.
• Strong client leadership and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and constructively challenging thinking when needed.
• Commercial awareness across media investment, agency scopes and account growth, alongside experience coordinating complex, cross-functional work.
• An inclusive and collaborative leadership approach, with experience providing direction and supporting the development of others; exposure to multi-market clients, advanced measurement, forecasting or performance roadmaps would also be valuable.
