At the Latta Hospitality Group, we represent two local Chick-fil-A locations in the 27615 area in North Raleigh: the Six Forks & Strickland and Falls Village stores. We are committed to developing leaders and changing lives by serving and loving all people who walk through our doors every day.

Our Daytime Front of House Team Members at the Six Forks & Strickland location lead with hospitality to create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. The daytime team serves our breakfast menu until 10:30 AM, and transitions our store for the lunch and dinner menu for the rest of the day. We host events like, Breakfast Bingo, as a way to build stronger connections with our regular guests and our community. This location experiences sustained rushes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner times. This job posting is intended for our Six Forks & Strickland location, which is located within the Target shopping center. We are nearby Old Lead Mine Rd and directly off of Forum Dr.

• Shift Examples: 6 AM - 2 PM, 7 AM - 3 PM, 8 AM - 4 PM, 9 AM - 5 PM, 10 AM - 6 PM (Times may vary depending on an applicant's availability.)

Chick-fil-A Daytime FOH Team Member Responsibilities:

Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining and drive thru experience for all of our guests.

• Smile, Create and maintain eye contact, Speak with a friendly tone, say “My Pleasure”
• Learn all details for the breakfast and lunch menu
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Communicate effectively and anticipate needs for guests and Team Members
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
