Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business targets and key performance indicators in alignment with the Consumer Banking Group's strategic goals.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Drive customer service excellence by fostering a customer-centric culture and resolving complex customer queries effectively.
• Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff to enhance their professional capabilities, performance, and career progression.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement marketing campaigns, wealth management initiatives, and digital banking adoption.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in branch banking, wealth management, or financial services distribution.
• Strong understanding of consumer banking products, financial advisory processes, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing, diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
