What You'll Do:
- Lead daily operations and team performance
- Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Build local community partnerships and involvement
- Manage scheduling and staffing needs
- Maintain profitable operations and quality standards
Schedule & Availability:
- Full availability is required
- You will create your own schedule
- Must work at least one night per week
- At least one weekend every other week
