Location: Haltom City, TX

Position Summary
The Regional Controller will help direct the financial affairs of multiple branches within a designated geographical region. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's financial plans and policies, maintaining accurate accounting practices and financial records, and preparing financial reports. The Regional Controller will work closely with the Regional Vice President and/or Regional Manager to evaluate branch performance and profitability.
Essential Functions

Manage the branch-level financial close process.

Prepare and review financial reports.

Assist with budgeting and financial planning.

Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance.

Oversee project accounting activities.

Prepare marketing analysis reports.

Support internal and external audit activities as needed.

Track job costs and maintain accurate accounting entries.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills
-
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Supervisory experience.
-
Ability to travel as needed.

CPA candidate preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
The Regional Controller will receive a competitive base salary along with bonus potential. Compensation will vary based on experience and qualifications and can be discussed during the initial interview.
