Job Fair – Full-Time Production & Manufacturing Opportunities | 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Join creative werks! We’re hiring for full-time opportunities on our Production and Manufacturing teams at our Elk Grove Village (Brummel) facility.

These are full-time positions working directly for creative werks. These are not temporary agency openings.

Event Details:

Time: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Location: 500 Busse Road, Elk Grove Village, IL

Pay: $16–$24 per hour, based on experience and position.

Requirements

Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow strict protocols and procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Basic problem-solving skills required
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, written and verbally
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload
• Ability to read, write and understand English work instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED with 4 years’ experience required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar role preferred

Food Safety Responsibilities:

Attend all food safety training sessions (GMP, SQF, HACCP, Allergen, Food Facility Security, Preventing Foodborne Illness)

Participate in company GMP walks

Enforce company rules regarding food safety and monitoring

Working Conditions:

Warehouse and office environment with temperature range of 55 – 80 F°

Standing for extended periods of time.

Handling of food ingredients and powered industrial equipment

Working with and around heating elements, kettles and other industrial equipment where specialized PPE is mandatory

This position may require the employee to work weekends or shifts other than their own to meet the needs of the business

Physical Requirements:

Operate standard office equipment

Must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds

Stand and/or walk continuously for 8-12 hours a day

Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation
