Fractional Senior Corporate Counsel

A growing financial technology company is looking for a Fractional Senior Corporate Counsel to support its legal team on a part-time, remote basis. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise business leaders on contract and regulatory questions, and help build scalable legal processes. What you'll do: - Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, partner and channel agreements, DPAs, and SOWs - Advise executives on contract risk, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and IP - Build and update contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines - Support the legal team on AI governance and technology-related legal matters - Manage outside counsel as needed What we're looking for: - JD and active bar license in good standing - 8+ years of commercial and technology transactions experience, including in-house - Strong SaaS and cloud contracting background - Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus Compensation: Based on experience.
