Description
Job Description:
1. Develop suitable and engagement academic infographic, videographics and other digital contents to support teaching and learning activities.
2. Design and produce graphic materials, videos, and multimedia content for educational purposes, while also supporting KPJU Corporate communication needs, including website content and digital platforms.
3. Create visually engaging graphic designs, animations, audio elements, music, and sound effects to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of multimedia productions.
4. Set up, operate, and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting systems, audio equipment, and related tools for academic video recording, live streaming, and virtual learning sessions.
5. Provide continuous technical support for KPJU academicians in teaching, learning and academic digital related activities
6. Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed within established timelines and quality standards.
7. Assist in system administration and server-related tasks, particularly those supporting academic web applications, e-learning platforms, and online academic activities.
8. Conduct and facilitate training sessions for staff on infographic design, video production, elearning tools, and other relevant multimedia applications.
9. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standard operating procedures, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements applicable to the role.
10. Perform any other duties, responsibilities, or special assignments as delegated by the immediate superior or management from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design/Digital Media or any related fields.
Knowledge and Experiences:
1. Knowledge of multimedia design principles, visual communication, and digital content creation.
2. Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
3. Knowledge of graphic design, video production, animation, and interactive media development.
4. Experience in designing and developing multimedia learning materials.
5. Experience creating digital assets such as videos, animations, infographics, presentations, and e-learning modules.
6. Familiar with multimedia software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere
Skills & Competencies:
1. Graphic design and visual content creation.
2. Video production and editing.
3. Motion graphics and animation development.
4. Digital content and e-learning development.
Special skills required:
1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
2. Video editing and motion graphics skills.
3. Ability to create engaging animations, infographics, and interactive content.
4. Photography, videography, and audio editing skills are an advantage.
