Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : 

Une offre de stage intitulée «Stage en Learning Marketing et Communication ( F/H) »  vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus SASsur son site de Blagnac.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe au sein du département HUT Talent development and Learning, qui veille à ce qu'Airbus dispose des compétences adéquates pour atteindre ses objectifs. Ce département travaille en étroite collaboration avec un écosystème de 8 académies situées dans les business lines d’Airbus. Sous l’impulsion de HUT, ce réseau est chargé d'identifier les rôles et les compétences critiques dont l'entreprise a besoin pour relever les défis actuels et futurs. Il fournit également aux employés les ressources nécessaires au développement de ces compétences et déploie des actions de gestion des connaissances pour les garantir.

Vous serez rattaché(e) à l'équipe HUTY en charge de la Stratégie, de la Performance et de la Transformation au sein de HUT.

Ce stage débutera en janvier 2027 et durera 6 mois.

L'objectif de ce stage est de maintenir et d'améliorer la visibilité du Learning et du département HUT chez Airbus afin d'aider l'organisation à atteindre ses objectifs stratégiques.

Vos principales missions consisteront à : 

• Structurer une démarche de learning marketing : identifier les cibles, les objectifs de communication et la gouvernance associée pour assurer une communication régulière et pertinente

• Créer un contenu de haute qualité et partageable afin de renforcer la visibilité du Learning au sein d’Airbus . Cela peut inclure : des publications, des présentations dans les forums de communication du business, des événements dédiés Learning, …

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels. 
 

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes : 

• Communication à tous les employés et responsables d'Airbus :

  Veiller à ce que chaque employé et responsable d'Airbus soit informé des initiatives Compétences and Learning (programmes de formation et de développement, améliorations, ...).
   

• Communication aux parties prenantes de l'écosystème Learning (HUT, KAM, Académies, etc.) :

  Offrir aux parties prenantes de l'écosystème Learning des véhicules pour porter leurs communications

  Collaborer avec l’écosystème pour organiser des communications conjointes et impactantes.
   

• Communication aux HRBP :

  Promouvoir la connaissance des outils de développement disponibles pour les employés d'Airbus auprès des RH de proximité

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure : 
Vous êtes actuellement en BAC+4 ou BAC+5 en communication ou un domaine équivalent. 

Vous possédez les compétences et connaissances suivantes :

Compétences Techniques :

• Outils de communication numérique

• Démarche de structuration d’un plan de communication

• Gestion de projet

Soft Skills:

• Rigoureux, dynamique et proactif

• Autonome et agile 

• Ingénieux (car nous ne pouvons pas toujours utiliser la boîte à outils des experts en communication)

• Structuré et organisé

Langues :

• Anglais : Négocation / Courant

• français : Intermédiaire à Avancé

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

An internship position titled "HUT Learning Marketing and Communication Internship (F/M)" has just opened within Airbus SAS at its Blagnac site. You will join a team within the HUT Talent Development and Learning department, which ensures that Airbus has the right skills to achieve its objectives.

This department works in close collaboration with an ecosystem of 8 academies located across Airbus’ business lines. Driven by HUT, this network is responsible for identifying the critical roles and skills the company needs to meet current and future challenges. It also provides employees with the necessary resources to develop these skills and deploys knowledge management actions to safeguard them.

You will report to the HUTY team in charge of Strategy, Performance, and Transformation within HUT.

This internship will start in January 2027 and will last 6 months.

The objective of this internship is to maintain and enhance the visibility of Learning and the HUT department at Airbus to help the organization achieve its strategic goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Structuring a learning marketing strategy: identifying target audiences, communication objectives, and the associated governance to ensure regular and relevant communication.

• Creating high-quality, shareable content to boost the visibility of Learning within Airbus. This may include: publications, presentations in business communication forums, dedicated Learning events, etc.

Your mentor will support you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills in particular:

• Communication to all Airbus employees and managers: Ensure that every Airbus employee and manager is informed about Skills and Learning initiatives (training and development programs, enhancements, etc.).

• Communication to Learning ecosystem stakeholders (HUT, KAM, Academies, etc.): Provide stakeholders in the Learning ecosystem with channels to convey their communications. Collaborate with the ecosystem to organize joint, high-impact communications.

• Communication to HRBPs: Promote awareness of the development tools available for Airbus employees to local HR teams.

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4 / BAC+5) in Communication or a related field.

You possess the following skills and knowledge:

• Digital communication tools

• Structuring a communication plan

• Project management

Soft Skills:

• Rigorous, dynamic, and proactive

• Autonomous and agile

• Resourceful (as we cannot always rely on the full toolkit of communication experts)

• Structured and organized

Languages:

• English: Advanced, native-level would be a plus

• French: Intermediate to Advanced
