How you’ll make an impact
As a Relationship Management student employee, you’ll support Relationship Management Associates (RMAs) and Relationship Managers through customer onboarding, administrative activities, customer support and portfolio support tasks. Your work will help maintain service levels, support operational efficiency, and allow RMAs and Relationship Managers to focus on proactive customer engagement, renewals, customer profile maintenance, digital adoption initiatives and business development opportunities.
You’ll be part of FCC’s Financing team, working closely with RMAs, Relationship Managers and customers to deliver a positive customer experience while supporting business continuity during peak workloads. This role also provides valuable exposure to careers in Financing and Relationship Management.
If you’re organized, customer-focused, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to gain hands-on experience in financing, administration, agriculture or customer service, this could be the role for you.
What you'll do
Support customer onboarding and lending intake activities, including collecting and reviewing required documentation
Assist RMAs and Relationship Managers with administrative tasks, customer communications and follow-up activities
Maintain accurate document retention, document uploading and records management processes
Provide customer support and help ensure customers receive timely and professional service
Support portfolio management activities, customer profile maintenance and digital adoption initiatives
Assist with prospecting, marketing initiatives, community engagement activities and other operational support tasks that enhance team capacity and customer experience
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a degree, diploma or certificate program in administration, business, commerce, agriculture, agricultural finance, economics, management or a related field
Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Customer service mindset and eagerness to learn
Preferred qualifications:
Interest in agricultural finance, business financing or relationship management
Experience in customer service, administration, sales or business support roles
Knowledge of lending, documentation, records management or portfolio support processes
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
