JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The School of Theatre in the College of Arts and Architecture is seeking applicants for part-time job of marketing communications support.

Job duties may include:

  • Collaborate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and initiatives
  • Create compelling marketing content including brochures, social media posts, articles and feature stories, newsletters, website copy, and promotional materials
  • Assist with digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, SEO, and social media management
  • Draft internal and external communications • Support public relations and community engagement initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events and outreach activities • Develop materials that support the sales process, such as presentations, proposals, case studies, and pitch decks
  • Ensure brand guidelines and standards are met

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
