Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Strategic Leadership Lead and develop a team of 8+ skilled engineers , fostering technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration Define and execute the ATE Hardware Design roadmap , delivering scalable test solutions for current and future Automotive Microcontroller platforms Champion digitalisation, automation, and AI-enabled engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and execution speed Team Leadership Build a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and employee engagement Set clear objectives and expectations , ensuring delivery excellence while supporting talent development and career growth Establish strong partnerships with suppliers and industry stakeholders to leverage external expertise and best practices Collaborate across Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure successful product execution Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Microelectronics , or a related technical discipline 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry , preferably in Automotive Microcontrollers, Product Engineering, Test Engineering , or related domains Proven expertise in ATE Test Hardware development , with end-to-end lifecycle understanding from requirements definition and design through qualification, buy-off, and production deployment Strong knowledge of industry-standard ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne , or equivalent); hands-on experience is a significant advantage Leadership & Interpersonal Skills Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary and multicultural engineering teams , with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across organisational levels Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills , able to inspire teams, build consensus, and drive change Additional Competencies Passion for innovation and continuous improvement , identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and organisational effectiveness Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning (ML), or advanced data analytics applied to Test Hardware development is a strong plus Fluent in English (written and spoken) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
