Experienced Automotive Technician – B/A Level | Strong Car Count | No Weekends

Rod's Tire & Automotive is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join
our growing team. This position is located in Medina, TN, and we're actively
recruiting qualified technicians throughout the Jackson area who are ready for a long-
term opportunity with an established independent repair shop. We offer TOP PAY.

Medina, TN (Jackson, TN Job Market) | Full-Time | $35–$55/hr Flat Rate

What You'll Do
• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems
• Complete maintenance services and mechanical repairs according to manufacturer
standards
• Identify repair needs through thorough inspections and diagnostics
• Produce accurate, high-quality work in an efficient manner
• Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to keep work moving
smoothly

What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 5 years of automotive technician experience in a shop environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Commitment to delivering quality repairs and excellent customer service
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
