## About this Role

We are seeking a Cloud Operations Specialist to join the Cloud Operations team, supporting cloud environments that virtualise network functions within Vodafone’s core network. This role focuses on operating and enhancing multi-vendor cloud platforms, managing incidents, implementing security controls, supporting platform lifecycle activities, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple markets to ensure resilient and efficient cloud services

## What you’ll do

Manage and support cloud platforms including VMware vSphere, VMware Tanzu, VMware NSX, and Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution (CNIS).

Support storage and network technologies within a complex cloud environment.

Troubleshoot platform issues, manage incidents, and perform error resolution activities for critical services.

Implement security policies and remediate vulnerabilities in line with organisational standards and best practices.

Coordinate change management, fault management, and service request processes with design and delivery teams across markets.

Evaluate software releases, firmware updates, and patches, and support major upgrades and security patch deployments.

Build effective relationships with internal customers, engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple markets.

Manage cloud infrastructure lifecycle activities and contribute to platform evolution planning.

## Who you are

Experienced in Ericsson Cloud Native Infrastructure Solution (CNIS) and cloud operations environments.

Strong understanding of storage technologies, SAN environments, and network architectures.

At least 3 years of system or cloud administration experience using Ericsson CNIS

A collaborative team member with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Eager to learn emerging technologies and operational methodologies.

Able to work effectively during high-priority operational and incident situations.

Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time-management capabilities.

Fluent in English with effective stakeholder communication skills.
