Supervisor Assembler (SA) – Senior Technician Level + Leadership and Communication skill

• Lead and control daily assembler operations on site to ensure work is completed as planned
• Assign tasks, manage manpower, and control shift coverage based on workload
• Ensure all assembly activities strictly follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and support assemblers during operation
• Monitor quality, productivity, and compliance during each shift
• Conduct daily briefing, tool-box talk, and on-the-job guidance for assemblers
• Track daily progress, record issues, and report status to site management
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholder to resolve operational issues

Qualifications

• Minimum: Intermediate level working English – able to understand work instructions, safety requirements, and standard procedures in English
• Preferred: Able to communicate daily operational status, issues, and simple coordination messages in English with internal teams or customers
