MBT Bank is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Manager to help lead our expansion into the Albert Lea market. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in establishing our presence, build customer relationships, develop a high-performing team, and drive branch growth from the ground up. The Retail Manager will deliver an exceptional customer experience, support branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the long-term success of the branch and community.

Responsibilities:

· Assist customers and support daily branch operations.

· Handle complex customer inquiries and specialized account relationships with professionalism and sound judgment.

· Promote bank products, services, and digital banking solutions to strengthen customer relationships.

· Support branch growth by making referrals to internal partners including lending, investments, and insurance professionals.

· Manage branch operational needs, including supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.

· Manage schedules and staffing levels to ensure excellent customer service coverage.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

· College degree or training in business, finance or related field is preferred.

· Three or more years of retail banking experience preferred.

· Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
