As the point person between local stakeholders —commercial leadership, marketing, sales, and finance — and the broader supply chain organization, the role contributes to the Market Demand Review Meeting (MDRM), drives IBP process adherence, and is accountable for forecast accuracy and bias performance at the market level.

  • Contribute to process improvement as part of the broader IBP community

  • Manage demand for new product introductions (NPI), coordinating with site teams to agreed launch timelines

Supply Planning & Inventory Alignment

  • Align with supply planning on finished product inventory plans in support of agreed inventory policies

  • Manage short-term supply challenges in collaboration with regional and site supply planning teams

  • Monitor inventory health including short shelf-life and slow-moving stock

KPI Ownership & Performance Management

  • Deploy and track Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias KPIs for assigned markets and products

  • Drive root cause analysis and cross-functional action to improve performance

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships across commercial, finance, and supply chain to ensure aligned expectations

  • Support Global and Regional IBP deployment and maturity elevation

  • Certification in Supply Chain Management or IBP (e.g., APICS CPIM, IBF, IBP certification) is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or a related analytical role

  • Experience in IBP/S&OP environments with strong demand forecasting and statistical planning knowledge

  • Proven ability to collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders

  • Experience driving improvements in Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and other planning KPIs
