THE OPPORTUNITY
As part of our NI CORP team, you will provide high-quality administrative, coordination and operational support across a range of people, performance and conduct activities.
The Leader Enablement Coordinator plays an important role in helping leaders effectively manage people-related processes by coordinating activities, preparing documentation, maintaining accurate records and tracking key actions and milestones through to completion.
Working closely with business leaders and specialist support functions, you will help ensure people-related matters are progressed efficiently, consistently and in line with organisational policies and procedures.
This is a 6-month secondment opportunity, based at George Street, King Street or Tweed Heads, with work-from-home flexibility of up to three days per week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative and coordination support to leaders across people, performance and conduct matters, including preparing documentation, coordinating meetings and tracking actions and key milestones.
- Maintain accurate and confidential people records across Workday and other business systems, while supporting leaders with Workday processes and routine system queries.
- Collate documentation, evidence and supporting information for people-related matters, including assisting with preliminary fact-finding activities where required.
- Monitor key workforce processes, including probation reviews and performance improvement plans, proactively following up with leaders to ensure activities are completed within required timeframes.
- Build effective relationships with leaders and specialist teams, coordinating activities and ensuring matters are progressed to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, templates and resources to make people-related activities simpler, more consistent and efficient.

- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, factual and accurate documentation.
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with leaders and specialist teams.
- Comfortable using systems and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and confidently navigate Workday.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a genuine interest in improving processes and enabling leaders to effectively manage people-related matters.
