In this role, you will be working as a Manufacturing Engineer for a client that works in the custom machinery industry. This position will be responsible for evaluation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure product quality.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
Pay; $80,000-$90,000/Yr.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred - open to equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with manfacturing engineering - understanding of processes, machining, fabrication etc..
- Work with internal teams to support new product introductions, process development and ongoing production
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Experience working in a custom machinery manufacturing environment
- Conduct risk analysis, lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
- Understanding of Lean principles
- Experience with MIL standards preferred
- Understanding of contracts, technical specifications and engineering drawings
- MS office experience
