The Financial Planning & Operations team is part of Global Finance and is responsible for planning, forecasting, and analytical activities that support business decision-making and provide a comprehensive view of the company's financial health by bringing together financial, operational, and external data.
The team supports strategic planning, leads the annual planning cycle and monthly forecasting processes, and generates market- and regional-level insights to understand the key drivers of business performance. By identifying emerging trends and developing early warning signals, the team helps anticipate risks, uncover growth opportunities, and enable timely, accurate, and data-driven decision-making across the business.
About the role
Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of global financial planning processes across the most complex markets and regions, ensuring consistent, efficient execution in line with global standards, governance, and planning timelines.
Partner with senior Finance, functional, and market stakeholders to understand business needs, strengthen planning effectiveness, improve forecast quality, and enable better business decision-making through robust planning processes and actionable insights.
Drive the implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and analytical capabilities. Monitor performance through critical metrics and governance forums to find opportunities for greater standardization, stronger controls, and operational efficiency.
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned planning processes. Support cross-functional initiatives while resolving complex planning challenges. Encourage adoption of global solutions and share guidelines across Planning.
About You
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/ Business Administration,/Economics
6–8 years of relevant Finance experience, with significant exposure to FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management.
Strong understanding of end-to-end financial planning processes, governance, and finance systems
Proven experience leading complex planning initiatives and driving process improvements
Strong collaborator management and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with senior Finance and business collaborators.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a clear and methodical approach
A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a global, matrix organization
Proficient in English
