WHAT YOU WILL BE BUILDING

• Scalable SaaS platform capabilities used by customers globally
• Backend services and APIs that power device connectivity and platform functionality
• Cloud-native solutions running in modern Azure/AWS environments
• Distributed services, integrations, and business-critical workflows
• CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid and reliable software delivery
• High-quality software engineered for security, performance, and maintainability

• Own features end-to-end from design through production support
• Design and develop robust backend services and APIs
• Contribute to frontend functionality using modern web technologies
• Improve software quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Enhance deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure
• Investigate and resolve production challenges, ensuring long-term reliability
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Technical Stakeholders
• Mentor junior developers and help raise engineering standards across the team
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and solution quality

Core Engineering Expertise

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend development experience using C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Working knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend development practices
• Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and best practices
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Exposure to modular monolith and microservices architectures
• Solid understanding of version control and collaborative engineering workflows

Cloud & DevOps Experience

• Hands-on ownership of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Experience deploying and supporting live production systems
• Cloud platform experience within Azure and/or AWS
• Infrastructure-as-Code exposure (Bicep, Terraform, or similar)
• Containerisation experience with Docker and cloud-native deployment platforms
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident management practices
