Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd- Oversee and coordinate daily Caterpillar warranty operations, including the evaluation, approval, or escalation of claims through detailed technical analysis to ensure timely, accurate, and policy-compliant processing.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to resolve technical issues and ensure claims are processed within the scope of warranty coverage.
- Utilize warranty management systems and platforms to process claims, maintain records, and support reporting activities.
- Track and monitor warranty claim trends, including rejection rates, parts recovery, and associated costs.
- Maintain warranty-related documentation, policies and procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on key warranty performance indicators such as claim cycle time, claim volume, cost per unit, and root cause analysis.
- Work closely with the Product Support team to manage the return and evaluation of warranty parts.
- Ensure accurate claim lifecycle tracking and performance measurement using dedicated warranty systems.
