This role is part of Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs function, a team that ensures our products are in compliance with global, local, and internal regulations and meet the strictest standards of quality as we help people see brilliantly.The Associate II, Quality Management Systems (QMS) (Professional Path), is primarily responsible for handling complex tasks related to quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You will conduct quality audits, analyze data, and implement corrective actions while designing digital solutions, managing roadmaps, and leading product launches.

Specifics Include:

• Handle complex tasks related to quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Prepare and deliver user training and ensure compliance with Good Practice (GxP) requirements by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Implement efficient data management procedures and maintain accurate and complete documentation
• Ensure rigorous quality control and complete all required training
• Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization
• Commit to continuous improvement in operationsAll associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
