In this highly visible position, you will partner with operations, technical teams, site leadership, and global Tyvek® colleagues to strengthen process safety performance, drive compliance excellence, and advance a proactive safety culture. You will serve as a key subject matter expert, ensuring robust Process Safety Management practices are embedded across the organization and helping shape the future of process safety within the global Tyvek® network.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate internationally, influence strategic safety initiatives, and make a meaningful impact on one of the world's leading manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
As the PSM Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate critical process safety activities, including:
Driving the site's Process Safety Management program in alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, audit findings, and risk assessment recommendations.
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of PSM systems, programs, and procedures.
Facilitating and participating in key risk management processes, including Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR).
Leading and supporting Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), process safety reviews, and PSM audits to identify and mitigate operational risks.
Ensuring PHA studies are effectively planned, executed, and tracked to closure.
Reviewing and approving operating procedures, standards, and practices related to PSM-covered processes.
Chairing the quarterly Tyvek® PSM Committee and representing Tyvek® within the broader site PSM governance structure.
Driving a strong process safety culture by promoting best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborating with colleagues across the global Tyvek® manufacturing network, including our sister plant, to share knowledge and align on process safety priorities.
Participating in global Tyvek® process safety initiatives, including causal analysis reviews, incident learnings, PRS assessments, ATEX-related activities, and other risk management programs.
Supporting incident investigations, root cause analyses, and risk assessments to prevent recurrence and improve operational reliability.
