Logistic Subject Matter Expert
About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Logistic Domain SME to take ownership of execution excellence and drive transformation within our logistics operations.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role combining operational ownership, continuous improvement, and project leadership, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and digital innovation.
You will partner with the Logistics Domain Manager (cost & vendor management), while leading execution performance and internal optimization initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Own logistics execution within your subdomain, ensuring smooth, stable, and efficient logistic execution
- Act as the go-to expert for operational collaborative performance and problem solving
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that deliver real business impact
- Drive adoption of advanced tools, automation, and AI-based solutions
- Manage projects end-to-end as a PMO lead, from definition through execution
- Translate data into insights, actions, and measurable improvements
- Collaborate across planning, manufacturing, quality, and support teams

What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics / operations / supply chain
- Proven ability to lead processes, projects, and improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in complex, high-volume environments
- Ability to influence and drive results across multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP/analytics tools
- Exposure to automation/digital systems/AI use cases
- Background in semiconductor/manufacturing environments
