Technology, Quality & Delivery Specialist
Hybrid Work Schedule-Monday through Wednesday at office, Thursday & Friday option at home.
Job Description:
Assure Quality and Timely Delivery of New Technology Features and support for existing features, working with other Team Members, Product Development and assuring Business Requirements are being met.
Additional, specific job requirements include the following:
Participate in projects involving leader-assigned features and process improvement.
Provide support to Client Success team members related to software features and applications.
Facilitate and support new feature rollouts, including documentation, training, and communication.
Partner with Product teams in new feature discovery, beta client research/pilots, and user acceptance testing.
Required Job Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrate high business acumen potential, including recognition of connected business processes.
Technical skills: Adept at learning new software/features; use provided tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PM Tools) quickly and expertly to support assignments.
Communication: Ability to clearly articulate how a feature works, including feature changes; Conduct demos and explain key features to End Users.
Relationships: Build high-level working relationships with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Department Members.
Skilled in Business Analysis: Ability to analyze information and apply to business process problem/solution scenarios; ability to listen, ask questions and brainstorm using information and data to understand problems, create options and determine the most ideal solutions.
Skilled in Research: Ability to find information, answers, and effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
Skilled in Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to work well with others, consider others' perspectives, and build necessary, ongoing relationships.
Skilled in Collaboration: Ability to include individuals and groups in solution-thinking research.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 to 4 years of relevant experience
