Description
This position will work on a variety of employment-related legal and compliance matters as part of the Legal team. The position will consult regularly with various teammates and internal stakeholders. Areas of responsibility include: employment-related legal research, assisting with employee relations matters (including investigations and dispute resolution), third-party services contracts and various aspects of compliance with federal, state or local employment laws.
Internship Details:
- The internship will begin January 11, 2027.
- This internship is based in our Conway, Arkansas office, and interns are expected to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
- Interns will work approximately 20–25 hours per week during the school year, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks.
- Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027.
- Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H-1B visa, F-1 visa [CPT/OPT], TN visa, or any other non-immigrant status).
Working within the Legal team, you may:
- Prepare information for use in advice on legal matters
- Assist with review and analysis of employee relations matters for advice to management
- Assisting in the investigation and resolution of employee relations complaints
- Reviewing and analyzing various third-party services contracts
- Reviewing and analyzing employment law aspects of proposed client contracts
- Analysis of various employment-related compliance matters, including responses to regulators
- Assist with dispute resolution, litigation management and document production

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in leveraging technology for management of cases and projects
- Ability to work on-site in Conway, AR at least three days per week
