What role will you play?

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to join our Group Finance team. In this role, you will support global financial reporting, planning, and analysis activities, helping stakeholders make data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain monthly management reporting packages, including KPI reporting, variance analysis, and plan versus actual comparisons.
• Perform monthly actual-to-budget and actual-to-forecast analyses, identifying key business drivers and trends.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including data uploads, reconciliations, and review of financial assumptions.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data during month-end close activities and resolve data discrepancies.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reporting solutions.
• Extract, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets to support business and finance requirements.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning, reporting, and business analysis activities.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams across multiple countries and time zones.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes.
• Respond to ad hoc financial analyses, management requests, and business inquiries.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Financial Reporting, Business Finance, or similar analytical finance roles.
• Experience working within a multinational or shared services environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and SQL.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Hyperion, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Good understanding of profit and loss statements and financial performance indicators.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Team-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or regional finance teams.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Knowledge of financial systems, reporting automation, and data visualization best practices.
• Progress toward professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, financial modeling, management reporting, or a related field required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent certification preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of general accounting principles. Strong attention to detail, with a high standard for accuracy. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
