About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planner to service an existing portfolio of high-net-worth clients. The focus of this role is delivering excellent financial advice and outstanding ongoing service, building on strong, long-term relationships that drive high levels of client satisfaction, loyalty and trust.

 

You’ll drive deeper client engagement, deliver quality investment reviews and provide holistic advice to the existing clients and also derive new client growth increasing assets under advice and overall profitability.

 

Using your own network, warm leads from Quilter and self-generated leads from the client bank you will be given, you’ll build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities increasing your book of loyal, long-term client relationships, supported by marketing and discretionary investment specialists.

  

• Maintain and grow an existing client base
• Provide an excellent ongoing service aligned to agreed service levels
• Deliver clear, high-quality and compliant financial advice to high-net-worth clients
• Deepen existing relationships, that drive satisfaction and loyalty, increasing share of clients’ total investable wealth
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline, following up quickly and creating a consistent flow of new business
• Generate new business through client referrals and professional connections
• Own your growth plan and targets (activity, pipeline and conversion), with coaching and support from the Area Director and distribution partners
• Keep everything compliant – meeting FCA requirements and Quilter values and standards, generating great client outcomes and documentation
• Work closely with Investment Managers and colleagues across Quilter’s Wealth Management Division

 

Consumer Duty

This role is within scope of the Consumer Duty and is expected to comply with Quilter Cheviot Consumer Duty policies and requirements.

About You

·       An experienced Financial Planner with a strong focus on service excellence

·       Passionate about delivering great client outcomes and building long-term relationships

·       Commercially minded, with the ability to grow business through trust and referrals

·       Strong technical knowledge and confidence operating in a regulated environment

·       Level 4 qualified in Financial Planning as a minimum (advanced qualifications desirable)
