Job Summary

We are seeking a creative individual to work flexibly and collaboratively with our global marketing team to support a variety of corporate brand, marketing, and communications deliverables. Primary work will include design and layout of reports, presentations, corporate policy documents, brochures and related collateral, signage for office environments, infographics and visual representations, and similar applications.

The success of our work is often dependent on our ability to visually communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including public and private clients, employees, prospective employees, and the general public. Examples of previous work products should include presentations, print and digital collateral, infographics, office signage and installations, and animations.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

• Contribute to and manage the design and production of presentations, reports, marketing collateral, and other corporate documents.
• Design and create a variety of infographics, charts, graphics, and other visual representations of data and concepts.
• Contribute to growing multimedia work, including digital mediums, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus.

The ideal candidate will:

• Create polished, review-ready drafts of assigned projects and see them through to completion.
• Contribute creatively to design and idea generation.
• Understand the elements of graphic design and employ its principles.
• Have experience designing within brand standards and systems.
• Be able to both collaborate with a team and work autonomously.
• Enjoy identifying and proposing the best way to communicate a given concept.
• Take initiative in learning new techniques, skills, and software.
• Have interest in engineering and design.

Skills and Qualifications:

 

The candidate should possess the following qualities:

• 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, B2B environment
• Bachelor’s degree in art, design, communication, or related field.
• Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to support creative workflows and production efficiency.
• Familiarity with web design (HTML, CSS, Java) is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital design tools (Canva, Figma, others) is a plus.
• Familiarity with video editing platforms, including Premiere Pro and AfterEffects is a plus.
