Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for an analytical and agile HR Generalist to provide essential entry-level HR support to our Senior HRBP within a dynamic, large-scale Shared Services organization. In this role, you will help drive the talent agenda, resolve complex employee relations puzzles, and champion organizational health to achieve key business objectives, disciplinary actions processes, follow up on the actions plans,  organizational health and employee relations to enable the organization to reach its business objectives. What you’ll do

• Work along the Senior HRBP with the overall talent management processes including headcount management, top talent identification, talent development, succession planning, rewards systems and performance management as well as organizational health initiatives including employee sensing and employee engagement programs.

• Check people analytics and utilization metrics to monitor retention, track the employee experience, and proactively address organizational health trends. 

• Provides counsel and support to line leaders on the execution of HR processes and/or management of employee relations cases and acts as a point of contact for employee concerns and/or questions.

• Collaborates with HR specialty areas such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and HR operations to execute comprehensive data-driven workforce strategies. 

• Oversee disciplinary action processes and ensure rigorous follow-up on action plans to maintain a compliant and high-performing workplace culture. 

• Collaborates with the Senior HRBP involuntary termination logistics, ensuring offboarding documentation and exit procedures.  

What experience you need 

• 1+ year of experience as Human Resources role supporting large teams (500+ employees) in multinational companies within the Shared Services and BPO segments.

• A college degree or university degree, or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of fundamental HR theories and principles.

• 1+ years of experience actively utilizing HR data analysis to track employee experience or performance management.

• Fully bilingual Spanish/English; proficiency level B2 or higher.

•  1+ year of experience as a Supervisor, or in a similar role, at a multinational company in the BPO sector.

• Clear and comprehensive understanding of how HR drives and enables the business strategy.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and act as an effective team player. 

• Experience creating efficiencies, process improvements, or automations within HR workflows by leveraging AI tools such as Google Gemini or Workspace Studio. 

• Critical Thinking, identifies root causes of friction to separate isolated incidents from systemic team issues.

• Attention to Detail, writes precise, factual investigation notes. 

• Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
