The Order Fulfilment Analyst is responsible for providing order management and operational support to enable the accurate and timely fulfilment of regional and third-party sales orders. The role coordinates with customers and internal teams to support delivery commitments, order accuracy, inventory availability and revenue fulfilment.

This position reports to the Order Fulfilment Manager and is part of the Order Fulfilment team, located in Singapore, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage customer and third-party sales orders from order entry and confirmation through delivery, ensuring accurate processing in SAP and coordinating order changes, cancellations, returns, replacements and customer-related issues.
• Coordinate order fulfilment activities with production, planning, purchasing, inventory, finance and logistics teams to support product availability, order consolidation and achievement of customer delivery dates.
• Monitor delivery and operational performance, including customer-requested dates, past-due orders, on-time delivery, revenue fulfilment, production capacity utilization and finished goods inventory.
• Maintain accurate order and sales information in SAP, including sales-view data, pricing information and open sales order records, and prepare recurring reports on orders, delivery performance and revenue fulfilment.
• Support daily management and continuous improvement activities, including Gemba meetings, DBS Kaizen events, departmental initiatives and compliance with applicable Quality Management System and Environment, Health and Safety requirements. 

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field. Relevant experience in order management, customer service, supply chain or logistics.
• Working knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system such as SAP for sales-order processing and data maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze order fulfilment data, track performance metrics, and support operational reporting.
• Fluency in written and spoken English for communication with internal and external stakeholders. 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• A manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Microsoft PowerPoint for business reporting and presentations.
• Power BI or a comparable data-visualization tool.
