Responsibilities

Define and continuously refine the product line vision, strategy, and roadmap.Translate strategic priorities into clear product initiatives and priorities.Lead product ceremonies, roadmap reviews, insights reviews, and stakeholder meetings.Enable continuous product discovery, experimentation, and delivery.Represent the product line to senior leadership and act as the primary escalation point for product decisions.Align with operations teams to capture business needs and establish continuous feedback loops.Collaborate with key account managers to understand customer needs and shape product priorities.Manage dependencies across product lines and ensure portfolio alignment.Coach and develop Product Managers and Product Owners.Define roles, responsibilities, and development plans for product teams.Establish measurable KPIs and OKRs and monitor product and team performance.Own the product line budget and ensure effective product governance throughout the product lifecycle.Lead engagement with external customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders.Engage with regulators and align on priorities and solution design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience at a senior or lead level.
• Proven experience owning a product line or product segment end-to-end.
• Strong ability to define and communicate product vision and strategy.
• Experience managing a portfolio of products and making prioritisation decisions based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Experience with OKRs, KPIs, product analytics, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Strong understanding of Agile product operating models.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong coaching and leadership mindset.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Knowledge of energy markets, grid operations, or flexibility services.
• Experience with market design within regulated environments.
• Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.

Experience

• 5+ years of professional product management experience.
• Senior or Lead-level experience in product management.
• Experience owning products or product lines from strategy through delivery and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and OKRs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product teams.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership, operations, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in energy, utilities, regulated infrastructure, or another regulated product environment is highly relevant.
• Experience working with Agile product development and continuous discovery.
• Experience coaching Product Managers and Product Owners.
