Description
Job Purpose
Develop and secure Carrier product specifications through early engagement with consultants, developers and key project stakeholders to maximize project conversion and market share.
Key Responsibilities
Consultant Coverage
- Develop relationships with M&E consultants, design institutes and project design teams.
- Promote Carrier technologies and solutions through technical presentations and seminars.
- Establish Carrier as a preferred specification brand.
Project Identification
- Track projects from Concept and Design stages.
- Identify opportunities before tender phase.
- Build and maintain project visibility and market intelligence.
Technical Support
- Provide technical support and product selection guidance.
- Assist consultants in system optimization and equipment selection.
- Support preparation of technical submissions and compliance documents.
Specification Management
- Secure Carrier inclusion in project specifications.
- Monitor specification status and competitor positioning.
- Coordinate transition of specified projects to sales pursuit stage.
Market Development
- Organize technical seminars and consultant workshops.
- Support marketing initiatives and technical promotion activities.
- Maintain consultant database and engagement plans.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC design, consulting, application engineering or technical sales.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of chilled water systems and HVAC applications.
- Presentation and influencing skills.
- Relationship-building capability.
- Good English communication skills.
