Finance Commercial Lead

Oversee commercial relationships with a client to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Work closely with business leads to drive financial performance, understand and mitigate business risks, manage investments and accountability, and provide guidance to the team.

SAP Financial Risk and Financials services L2/L3 (Dev and Production Support) Financials: Accounting FI, Controlling, FPSL - heavily required Summary: As a Finance Commercial Lead, a typical day involves overseeing and nurturing commercial relationships with clients to enhance financial and business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders to drive financial performance, identify and mitigate risks, manage investments responsibly, and offer strategic guidance to the team. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives and deliver meaningful value. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Support the development and implementation of strategies that align with client goals. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP FI Bank Accounting. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL), Banking, Financial Risk Management (FRM). - Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and banking operations. - Experience in managing financial data and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - Ability to analyze financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with financial reporting tools and software to support decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI Bank Accounting. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
