Battle House Laser Tag Wilmington is hiring a Full Time Event and Customer Service Team Member.
We host birthday parties, families, company events, church groups, sports teams, military groups, and public laser tag games.
Your job is to help make those experiences awesome.
You will help with:
• Customer check in
• Birthday parties and group events
• Phones and reservations
• Customer questions
• Payments
• Organizing groups
• Supporting and guiding other team members
• Keeping events running on schedule
• Solving problems when things get busy
We are looking for someone friendly, dependable, organized, confident, and comfortable working with both kids and adults.
Full time availability is required.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
Management experience is NOT required.
Customer service, hospitality, restaurant, retail, recreation, event, or front desk experience is helpful.
