Pay Rate:
Starting pay is $16.00/hr - $21.00/hr, + tips.

JOB DUTIES
Be punctual and have exceptional time management skills
Perform pre-trip inspection of your vehicle
Read and understand your trip manifests
Map out your routes prior to departure
Be comfortable finding the pick-up points of guests
Maintain contact with dispatchers and communicate if you have fallen behind schedule
Report traffic concerns you witness for our other drivers
Return vehicles to home office promptly after final guest stop
Thoroughly clean inside and out and return keys and manifest to office
Participate in transfer drives where they will assist a DIA driver with their pick-ups
Maintain a record of duty log that will live in the home office
QUALIFICATIONS
Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and have no traffic violations on their Motor Vehicle Record within the last 3 years
At least 21 years of age
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) Physical Exam – you will be reimbursed upon the completion of the season.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous shuttle driving experience.
Guests service experience.
Basic mechanic knowledge / comfort for quick vehicle troubleshooting.
ADDITIONALLY
We provide a 2-week intensive driving course to help you be successful in the position. Although previous experience with mountain driving is not required, an understanding and willingness to drive in winter driving conditions is necessary
