Location: Madrid, Spain (On-site)

Salary: €1,500 gross/month base | Expected total average: €1,850 – €2,100 gross/month (with bonuses)

What is a Live Game Presenter?
A Live Game Presenter is the face and voice of our online casino streaming games. Working from a high-tech, modern studio environment, you will host live-streamed games (like Roulette, Blackjack, or custom wheel games) in real-time. Think of it like being a TV show host mixed with a casino dealer—you will manage the game flow, spin the wheel, and actively chat with online players through an interactive screen using your native Dutch/Flemish. No prior casino experience is required; your main job is to keep the energy high and ensure players have an entertaining experience!
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: €1,500 gross/month
- Language Premium: Earn a Dutch/Flemish language bonus of +€4/hour when broadcasting live on camera.
- Performance Incentives: Performance bonuses up to +€3/hour.
- Total Expected Earnings: €1,850 to €2,100 gross/month once language and performance bonuses are combined.
- Full Relocation Support:
- Complimentary flight to Madrid, Spain.

- Paid Training: Complete, professional training academy provided to teach you all games, camera techniques, and studio guidelines before your first live broadcast.

- Dynamic Environment: Join a highly collaborative, international team in the heart of Madrid—a vibrant capital city famous for its rich culture, sunny climate, and lively social scene.
- Operational Shift Patterns: The studio operates 24/7. Candidates will work a rotating shift schedule (including morning, afternoon, night, and weekend rotations) to support international audiences.
Requirements
- Languages: Native/Bilingual proficiency in Dutch or Flemish, with a good operational command of English.
- Legal Status: Must hold valid EU Citizenship (due to immediate onboarding/compliance requirements in Spain).
- Age Demographics: Ideally suited for candidates aged 18 to 35 years old due to youth employment program configurations.
- Personal Attributes: Presentable, charismatic, camera-confident, and highly comfortable executing interactive monologues/dialogues in front of live stream setups.
