- Work on a globally deployed data product that supports operational performance and decision making across APM Terminals’ network.
- Collaborate with business, technology, data, and operational stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned data products.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, user needs, and technical requirements.
- Translate business objectives into product capabilities, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI Developers, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Drive data quality, governance, security, and compliance requirements across data products.
- Monitor adoption, product performance, and business outcomes, driving continuous improvement through user feedback and insights.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, communicating progress, risks, priorities, and value realization.

- A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience, with proven backlog management and prioritization capabilities.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, analytics solutions, and modern data platforms.
- Experience developing product roadmaps, managing stakeholders, and delivering data-driven products and services.
- Ability to write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Exposure to Lean methodologies, terminal operations, TOS platforms, or operational KPI management is advantageous.
- Comfortable working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver product outcomes. This role will support the continued evolution and adoption of strategic data products across APM Terminals’ global network.
