Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

Your key responsibilities:

• Originate, lead and execute Investment Banking transactions for Taiwanese clients

• Develop and maintain senior client relationships, providing strategic advice on financing, capital structure, growth initiatives, and cross-border opportunities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and client priorities, translating insights into actionable client solutions

• Lead the execution of complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.

• Drive internal approval processes and oversee the preparation and review of transaction documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

• Lead client marketing initiatives, including origination efforts, strategic advisory engagements, client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction proposals

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on clients, industries, counterparties, and target markets, ensuring adherence to the Bank's risk, compliance, and governance standards.

• Serve as a trusted adviser and primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day engagement and providing guidance on transaction-related matters throughout the deal lifecycle

Your skills and experience:

• At least 10 years track record in origination and execution of Investment Banking deals

• Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask across clients, projects, and geographies

• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment

• Strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage demanding clients

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
