The role
- Role Type: Fixed-term, full time (until January 2027)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 6am to 2:06pm or 7:54am to 4pm.
- Location: Villawood, NSW (Parking available on-site and Leightonfield station is just a short walk away)
- Ideal starting date: Around 19 October 2026 (dates will be confirmed at interview)
We’re on the hunt for energetic, positive people to join our Digital Fulfilment team as we gear up for our busiest season! If you’re someone who loves a fast-paced day, works well in a team, and takes pride in doing things properly - read on!
In this role, you’ll be part of the crew that picks, packs, and quality-checks every online order, making sure each parcel that leaves our space is packed with care (and smells amazing). It’s a physical role where you’ll be on your feet, moving around, and getting hands-on, but time flies when you’re surrounded by good vibes, fresh products, and a great team.
Please note: We may close this vacancy early if we receive an overwhelming response or our business requirements change.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with care and efficiency, making sure every parcel is prepared perfectly for our customers.
- Quality-check products before packing – you’ll be hands-on, ensuring everything meets our high standards.
- Ensure proper stock organisation by accurately putting away our products in designated areas.
- Participate in monthly stocktakes.
- Jump in to help with other production and fulfilment tasks when needed – we’re all about teamwork here.
Our Perfect Match
- Has experience in picking, packing or handling online orders (desirable but not essential).
- Is physically able to perform tasks, including standing up to 38 hours per week, lifting up to 15kg, and completing manual tasks.
- Can complete tasks quickly and accurately.
- Has strong communication skills and can speak clearly in English.
- Is open to a diverse workplace and has a passion for teamwork.

- Safety boots are required for this role (we will reimburse up to $100 spent).
