Your Mission in Action
As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with the product manager, engineers, and stakeholders to help shape product roadmaps, define requirements, conduct research, and support product delivery. A strong technical foundation is important, and experience with UX/UI design principles is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify opportunities and validate ideas
- Partner with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and help prioritize features
- Support product discovery activities, including customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend solution
- Help maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and documentation
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Review designs and recommend improvements in user flows, wireframes, and overall user experience
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, Business with a technical focus, or related field
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams
- Familiarity with software development concepts and product development lifecycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Travel
- This position will not be required to travel
Physical Demands & Work Conditions
- This position requires sitting and looking and using a computer for long periods of time
- Lift, push, pull, move up to 25 lbs.
