Description
As Senior Advisor, Performance and Portfolio Management, you will play a leadership and influencer role with the various stakeholders in the context of files and projects involving strategic and complex development and interventions, of a transversal and innovative nature. In this regard, you will contribute to the development and recommendation of strategic orientations and business positioning. You will make recommendations for the development and implementation of files, or projects, with very high operational and conceptual complexity requiring a global and in-depth analysis and understanding of the business field and the organization. There are many linkages and you are called upon to interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in various fields of expertise. More specifically, you will be required to:
Lead the development of a comprehensive business plans across both consumer and business portfolios
Develop forecast for consumer and business portfolios, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with senior stakeholders, providing insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
Serve as project coordinator to drive closure of variances identified through KPI reviews and follow through of activities to improve performance
Continue to improve the efficiency and profitability of our activities to achieve the targets of the execution plan (channels, solutions, projects, etc.)
Continuously identify the various initiatives to generate more revenue, reduce costs and increase efficiency
Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations, both provincial and federal
Strengthen Collabria’s federal partner support framework, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to regulatory engagement
Lead monthly Federal Working Group meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment on compliance priorities
Collaborate with internal teams and credit union partners to design and implement effective action plans to address requirements
Monitor and analyze changes in federal laws and regulations, evaluate their impact on Collabria’s business model, and recommend proactive, risk-informed strategies
Ensure that all non-conformities are adequately addressed through appropriate mitigation measures or formally accepted risk-taking internally, both for new product launches and for relaunches of existing products with known non-conformities.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in delivery and execution of mandates
Advanced experience in business planning and forecasting
Knowledge of intermediate French is required required due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with French-speaking team members
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Advanced knowledge of the banking and payments industry
Advanced knowledge of the credit card services domain - specifically, its regulatory environment
