Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workforce analysis, forecasting, and needs assessments for assigned departments and organizations.
- Assess workforce skills, strengths, competency gaps, and staffing projections.
- Develop workforce planning recommendations aligned with strategic organizational goals.
- Support human capital planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with change management and training stakeholders to advance workforce transformation efforts.
- Prepare executive-level reports, recommendations, and workforce planning deliverables for leadership decision-making. Based on required executive stakeholder engagement responsibilities.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- SHRM Certification (active)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification (active)
- ITIL v4 Certification (active)
- Advanced workforce planning and forecasting expertise.
