Description
Success in this role requires extensive real estate marketing experience, including marketing a master-planned community (MPC) or large-scale homebuilder within an MPC, along with a proven track record of driving awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy for Viera, aligning residential and commercial sales objectives with market trends, customer insights, and business goals.
- Create and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, web, print, outdoor advertising, and other promotional platforms to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, web design partners, market research firms, vendors, and other external partners while ensuring effective budget management and measurable results.
- Analyze demographic, market, and consumer data to identify trends and opportunities that support growth within Viera, the Space Coast, and future expansion initiatives.
- Partner closely with senior leadership, sales, development, communications, and community management teams to develop cohesive messaging and marketing strategies across all business units.
- Oversee the Viera website, Viera Vision magazine, marketing budgets, community partnerships, and promotional initiatives while providing leadership and guidance to the Marketing & Event Coordinator.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of real estate marketing experience, preferably within a master-planned community or large-scale homebuilding environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, web, print, and traditional advertising channels.
- Demonstrated success managing agencies, vendors, marketing budgets, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units.
