Finance Transformation Analyst

Basic-Fit’s Finance Transformation team is expanding! We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Transformation Analyst.  

You will operate in our Finance Transformation team, focusing on driving change and continuous improvement across our Finance processes and systems. Do you have a deep understanding of how business processes can be optimized through smarter ways of working and technology? 

This Is What Your Role Looks Like 

Your focus is on transforming and improving Finance processes across the organization, working closely with the Finance teams and other stakeholder teams in our core systems S/4HANA Public Cloud / SoftCo / Lucanet. You identify inefficiencies, design improved ways of working, and translate business needs into concrete change initiatives. Your primary focus will be leading and supporting transformation projects that make Finance processes simpler, faster, and more scalable as Basic-Fit continues to grow. 

Your Responsibilities:  

• Drive transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and other Finance processes;  

• Analyze current-state Finance processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation;  

• Translate business requirements into clear process designs and change roadmaps;  

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Reporting & Tax, Financial Control, Purchase-to-Pay, Credit Management and other business stakeholders on transformation projects;  

• Support the integration of acquired companies into Basic-Fit's Finance processes and systems;  

• Maintain direct contact with internal and external stakeholders and communicate on project progress;  

• Proactively challenge existing ways of working and act as a driver for continuous improvement;  

• Act as a sparring partner for colleagues within the Finance Transformation team; 

Who Are You?  

An analyst who is assertive and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-growing organization, with a primary focus on Finance. You are not afraid to take the lead and ensure that transformation initiatives within Basic-Fit are carried out in a structured manner. 

Additionally, we're looking for someone who has: 

• Basic knowledge of Finance processes and ERP systems is a must; 

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or an ICT-related field; 

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position as a business analyst, process consultant, or transformation analyst; 

• Experience with Agile/Scrum work methods; 

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) is an advantage; 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex processes into practical solutions; 

• Skilled communicator and fluent in English and Dutch; 

• Ability to maintain good relationships with the business and serve as an accessible point of contact for others; 

• A proactive, analytical mindset and the confidence to take initiative.

• Salary: A monthly gross salary between €3.500 and €5.500 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience and background.
