## Responsibilities and Tasks

This is a remarkable opportunity to join our world-class team and contribute to Micron’s ambitious goals. As an Engineer in our YE FA Lab EFA, you will play a vital role in driving our mission forward. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and improving process conditions and technology to ensure flawless operations.
• Upgrading process capability and reducing production costs through innovative solutions.
• Developing and modifying process management projects to meet stringent standards.
• Setting up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment with proven expertise.
• Evaluating, promoting, and planning the integration of new equipment and materials.
• Performing abnormal analysis and implementing improvements to maintain outstanding quality.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and data analytics solutions to improve failure analysis efficiency, accelerate root cause identification, and enhance reporting quality.

## Requirements

To compete and succeed in this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in semiconductor process engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine and address technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a diverse and inclusive team.
• The ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards, ensuring flawless execution.
• A proactive approach and a drive to successfully implement innovative solutions!
