Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on deal opportunities
Support the team in macro and research on fund/investment opportunities
Provide analytical support to the team in working out financial model
Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns
Assist the team in preparing business/investment approval material
Support the team on investment due diligence
Assist the team on portfolio monitoring and investment performance of the assets and the fund
Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Skills in using Macro will be advantageous
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as a right attitude and passion to learn new things
Detail-oriented and meticulous individual and able to identify big picture
Strong written and verbal communications skills
