Position Overview

As an Acrylic Bathroom Installer, you will complete residential bathroom remodeling projects including acrylic bath and shower systems, tub-to-shower conversions, tile installation, and related remodeling work.

Many projects are completed in as little as 1-2 days, allowing skilled installers to maximize their earnings while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems
• Complete tub-to-shower conversions
• Install shower pans, wall surrounds, tubs, and accessories
• Perform demolition and job-site preparation
• Handle custom tile installation, including waterproofing, grouting, and finishing
• Perform light carpentry and basic plumbing modifications
• Take accurate field measurements
• Review job specifications and verify materials before installation
• Pick up materials from the warehouse and transport them to job sites
• Protect homeowners' property throughout the installation process
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Complete required project documentation and photos
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure every installation meets company quality standards

• 2+ years of bathroom remodeling, installation, construction, or related experience

• Strong tile installation skills are a plus
• Basic carpentry and plumbing knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check
